Strobelights

Hi!
Have problems with the stroblights with all aircraft in FS9.They flasch wery fast,not like they do in normal.How can i fix this? were in FS9 can i fix this problems?

Actually it depends on the aircraft you are in...

If you want to tweak stuff your best bet is the Microsoft Effects SDK....

It doesn't affect the speed of the strobes, but there's a file in the library that radomizes the lights so that all the planes don't blink together at the same time.

ok but norm strobelight to fast,flash wery fast now and all aircraft have the same problems.Normal was 1 flash/sec,now 4/sec.Looks like a fireworks,its strobe like hell.Can i fix this in FS9?

Did you install any new scenery or add-on's around the time you noticed it? I had the same problem a long while back and it was caused by some scenery textures(?) I added. Can't remember what the heck it was though.....

I put in some new flash for thunderstorm.Maybe that get the problem.Ok so i have to look in FX map?

Effects Folder

Look for FX_STROBE - right click and select 'open with notepad
