Can someone tell me how to use ExcBuilder? I don't really understand the instructions included with the program. I also can't seem to get the FSconnect to work.

For FSConnect, I think you just drop the .dll in the Modules folder and start FS9. Go to the area you want to exclude, keeping it centered in the screen, now slew/turn the aircraft so that it points north (360 deg). Slew again to the NW corner (moving the object to exclude down to the lower right corner of the screen. Exit to windows and start ExcBuilder and if FSConnect is working, just press the Northwest point FSC button and the location is automatically entered. Repeat process to get the Soutwest point.

Modena,
Just caught your other thread, too. You should be able to save the flight by any name you please and wherever you'd like. If I remember correctly, bglcomp.exe does its thing from where it sits and lets you place the file other places than its own folder. If you've selected to delete the .xml source file created by ExcBuilder, just the .bgl file used by FS will remain.
Do you have the latest version of FSConnect?
In creating an exclusion, remember to choose your NW and SE points while facing true north. This is almost always different from magnetic north. While in slew mode, simply press the space bar (if you still have this assigned by default) to level the aircraft and face true north. You should then find that when slewing directly to your right/left that your east/west coordinates change with your north/south coordinates staying the same (and vice versa when slewing forward/backward).
