INCREASING LIGHTING BRIGHTNESS

Hey friends!

Is there any way of increasing the brightnes of terrain night lighting in fs2004??.. cities seem to be yellow and boring spots on the soil, and no addon for night brightness make them vivid enough. Besides, look a few miles away from your aircraft and the illumination becomes absolutely dim!!..
You fs2004 technicians, is there any way of changing parameters to increase brightness or so ??? (such as what can be done with runway lights).
