U don't send me rainfall anymore

I use FS Meteo and FS2004
Lately I fly around and never see rain or snow in any hemisphere any country any airport.
Could the weather settings be altered to achieve this?

One suggestion may be to fly without FS Meteo, changing the weather in FS9 according to your desired conditions.

I just visited Andrews AFB using FSmeteo, and it was heavy snow falls!

just like the real weather.......CoooooooooooolD!
