    Default What A Disappointing Weekend

I was really Really hoping to fly a new FS Addon this weekend......(hint) it is bigger than a 757 and smaller than a 777 actually it is numericly right in the middle......but the development team fell behind once again on their many release date promises....

    Guess Ill take a nap.....

I AM MAD BECAUSE THERE ISN'T A 757! WHO CARES ABOUT THE AIRPLANE THAT FALLS BETWEEN THE 777 AND 757!! ROFLMAO!

Unless they make the 757 merge quick too.

And I agree with the first post, because I was soooo bored, I reinstalled FS2002, and the plane and flew a couple of flights in it on VATSIM. STILL PRETTY DARN GOOD!

Why don't you all get the Dreamfleet 727? Analog instruments and lots of sheets of paper covered with cruise EPR settings trump FMCs and autothrottles...

Are the developers of the 767 planning to make a 757 too? I understood the significant difference between the cockpits is that you step up into a 757 and down into the 767 - or vice versa. Plus the data for the FMC would be recalculated.

I got that the day it came out, but I won't talk about that plane until they decide to do something about the additital repaints. Paying the same price as the PMDG 737 base package, and getting a couple of paint jobs in some goofy airlines paint, after the big threads about, WHAT PAINT JOBS DO YOU WANT, kinda bummed me out. I flew the heck out of it the first few weeks I had it.

Those issues have been recently resolved and I noticed that Paul and some others uploaded a bunch of new repaints.

    Paul:

Did you know that PSS is doing an actual 757? Both the 200 and 300. That is what I am waiting for. The sportscar of the sky. By the way, where in Chicago are you? I am about 50 miles north of the city. First line of defense against the cheddar curtain!
