I got a reply in to a locked thread AFTER yours - I was replying and then answered the phone, so I guess you locked it while I was still in there... just so y'all know I wasn't hacking the board or anything lol

Why Lock everything? To many locks here at fs.com.

Seems you guys with the locks, can't stand to see a thread get above 10 or so posts?.......That many replys to one thread, means people ARE INTERESTED or CARE about the subject......Leave the threads be, or just delete, What you feel, is the "offending" post.

It's because of shenanigans that happened during the year or so you were barely around. Seems a little overkill now, but that which STARTED this trend did indeed justify the heavy handed lockdown...

I surely can't help it if anyone feels that we are locking/deleting threads just for the fun of it, but you need to realize that we are simply doing the job we volunteered for.

When threads turn ugly with bashing and name calling, they will be locked and/or removed entirely. It's as simple as that. If folks can't obey the simple rules we have here, then they should move on to some other site that allows bashing, bickering, name calling, etc.

And now, this thread will continue to be locked for a period of time, and then I will remove it. The only reason it's being left up is so that those who think they don't need to play by the rules here can see it. Then it's gone.
