Speeding and veering aircraft
I have just recently installed FS2004 and I'm having some setbacks that I need to address with you knowledgeable folks out there.
First, EVERY airplane I have, defaults and freeware downloads alike, wants to run away when I release the brakes. The joystick brake trigger has very little effect on this, so I have to utilize the "Ctrl+." to stop the aircraft. That takes TWO hands and by then I've either run off the taxiway or rear ended somebody. Is there some magical fix that can give me back control of my airplanes?
Secondly, my airplanes want to veer off to the right or left and very rarely taxi in a straight line. My sensitivities are set to "easy" so there is no torque or "p" factor involved. My joystick (Wingman Extreme) has been calibrated and re-calibrated so if that's the problem, it's not apparent. Any ideas on this?
Any help would be sorely appreciated.
Never mind the mule, just load the wagon.
