Is there another way to move in the VC view besides the P.O.V.?

Instead of p.o.v on joystick is there another way to move around??

If you use active camera you can move by presing the arrow keys underneath num lock

Thank you great utility but how do you get pan mode to work i clicked my mouse wheel hel down but it wont turn left or right?
