I was flying from Toronto to New York, while over Manhattan I noticed this...:

What happened to the hudson? I've tried to figure out which addon caused this, but haven't been able to yet... Anybody else seen this before?

Seriously though... Have you installed some terain mesh or landclass that are around the NYC area? I dont know much about it, but it seems to cause problems like that.

when the patch came out and i got the bridges around NY i noticed that most of them where landlocked, in the end i traced it to the free Genesis US landclass; once that was removed manhatten became an island again and the bridges where in the over water.

Good point... I looked at other addon scenery, but I never thought of my mesh, I do have the free FS Genesis mesh installed. I'll take a look at it then....!

its not the mesh its the landclass. I never used Genesis mesh in the US but did use the landclass for the complete US, when i removed it the i got my rivers back and JFK did not have some odd texture missmatch.

I don't know NYC too well, but from your description, I believe you are correct, that it was the George Washington Bridge...

However, the problem is worse than I thought... here's a shot for you of the whole area:

The good news though, when I disable the FSG Landclass, it fixes the problem. So now, unless anyone has a solution, it comes down to a solution, do I really like accurate landclass, or not...?

Hopefully someone else has already figured this one out though... :)
