How to change default airplane?

I've been flying helicopters in multiplayer lately and I've noticed something annoying. When I am in a session with another player who has a helicopter that I haven't loaded (i.e. Not the bell or the robinson) they come up as a Cessna 172.

There's nothing goofier than seeing a VTOL Cessna 172. Is it possible to make FS9 use a different aircraft as the defaut (e.g. the Bell helicopter instead).

Heh heh, I remember flying a Firefox in multiplayer and realizing that my "Cessna 172" approaching at Mach 3 must have been pretty goofy as well.

I look forward to the reply, although I suspect there is no better replacement than having the same aircraft installed as the other guy.
