Computer Restart

I'm having problems with my computer when I run FS2004. It works for about 10 minutes and then the whole system goes into a "restart" mode and does not go back to FS unless I take it there and then the whole thing starts again. Can anybody give me a clue as to why this is happening?
My system: Pentium 4
1500 MHz
256 RAM
1.5 GHz
Microsoft XP Pro
ATI 9600 Graphics Card

It might be overheating. Check your temperatures right after the reboot. (In your BIOS setup)

Agreed. Overheating possibly due to the power supply. Assuming your video card has a temperature switch...do you hear the fan spin faster as you approach the ten minute mark?

Try running with a panel off for a short period of time to see if that's the problem.

I had this EXACT problem and it was heat....took the cover off the side and all is fine :)

You can also use a small tabletop fan set behind the cpu. That'll keep your system nice and cool.

My comp's being repaired at the moment, but the one I use FS9 on always has the sides off... I've only had a problem recently because the door was closed and the PC heats the entire room...
