Problems registering at www.ais.org.uk

Hello all,

I'm having a lot of problems registering at www.ais.org.uk. In fact, I'm now on my 4th attempt to register but I've not been able to do it yet.

The problem is that the site seems to reject any username I use, and I've tried a lot of combinations of letters and numbers. I also tried to register in both the "British Isles only service" and the "UK and Foreign States service", but still get the same result.

The error messages I get are:

1) Field <Login Name>;

illegal length of the field;
the field must contain up to 5 20.

2) Field <Login Name>;

illegal length of the field;
the field must contain up to 3 50.

Could someone help me on this username problem? I would really appreciate it!

Have you e-mailed them through their "Contact us" link?

That would be the place to start, I would think.

You have to subscribe (free) first, giving all the info required on the subscribe page.

Thanks for your replies. I actually encountered the problem when I clicked on "Register" after filling out the registration form. I tried both British Isles and UK and Foreign States services, but ended up with the same problem.
