Realistic ATC???

Hey fellow flight simmers!
With all of the excellent add-ons out there (free-ware and pay-ware), does anyone know if there is a good ATC add-on? The interactive ATC is much improved in FS2004, but still not realistic enough. I'm looking for something that will allow SID's and STAR's in your IFR clearances at busy airports as well as instructions for intersecting specific radials after departure as in the real world. Anything that will be more realistic is what I'm after. Any ideas or information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

There's also Radar Contact that it appears to not meet all your needs. Radar Contact is sort of like the existing ATC except with a lot more depth.
