Default Landing lights not so "real as it gets"

OK, I've been having problems w/ my planes landing lights for a long while now. No matter what aircraft I'm flying the landing lights are the same size and very "stiff" looking. So the landing lights in a Cessna are just as bright and long as in a 747. I'm using an ATI 9600pro 128mb 8X video card w/ the latest ATI drivers. I've had this problem for a while (ever since we had the ATI stutter problem when going to the menu, remember that one everybody?) but I'm not sure how it fix it. I installed this drive to get rid of the stutter and have upgraded and the stutter is gone on all updates but the landing lights just look horrible. Any suggestions?

Go to the main page of flightsim.com and look for the top 100 downloads of the year, there are some great landing light replacements in there.
