If panda234 is talking about Richard Maxted's op-ed, he should be ashamed of himself, Like many many others, Richard gives his time and effort for free, what more or better customer service can you ask for. Getting "flamed" for your efforts could be a real "downer" I guess. My thanks to Richard and all those like him.Teecee.

Or perhaps he provides freeware and is sick of the whiners and complainers that think they are entitled to some soft of customer support. Even payware can get more than is due, I mean how many times do you see people on support forums saying things like "My plane's radio won't turn on" when it says on page 2 of the manual, click here to turn on the radio.

BTW this probably would have been better posted in the outer marker forum, but I guess it's here now.

Or a thread listing the most ridiculous complaints about freeware ever posted.

    "The wheels aren't dirty enough!"

(I wish I could remember who posted that about one of Mike Stone's planes.)

Maybe it lodged in my subconscious, but I read this thread and then posted the "ridiculous thread.".

Now that I've reread your post I've realised where the inspiration came from, I'm sorry Edam that I stole your thunder. The glory is all yours sir.

Heck, no problem. I wasn't looking for any thunder. Run with it!
