FSNav.dll problems - please help!

My FS keeps on crashing due to an fsnav.dll error. This often happens in conjunction with a VPU recover message, though not always. I have tried reinstalling both programs, and nothing changes. Does anyone know what to do about this?

- update to the latest nvidia drivers
- get the most recent version of FSNav
- get the most recent version of FSUIPC

If that doesn't work, stop using add-ons ('cause that's where most of the trouble comes from)
