Thread: Objects for FSSE - where to get therm?

  1. Default Objects for FSSE - where to get therm?

Hi. just bought this product and i really love the ease of use.

But i'm wondering where I might find objects for the program; i see screenshots with baggage trucks and things but they aren't part of teh default program.

    i don't see them on Lago's website..

    where would i find?

    any help much appreciated!

There are none yet, since the programs release they have been promising an update that will add new objects and give you the ability to add your own objects to its library. Rumor on their forums is two weeks after the Emma Field update, but they haven't delivered on any of the dates for FSSE yet.

Could it be that you have the base program and have not uploaded the update patches that are available at the LAGO site. There are, I think, two sound updates and one or two program updates that might contain what the items you are looking for.

You know, however, I actually scanned through the .bmp files for the program and don't see a baggage cart with puller in the group.

Gosh I hope these folks come through on their promise for an update so that I can get the program with the features that I thought I was getting when I bought it.

The screenshots you are referring to were taken with FSSE, which is the FS2002 version of FSE. The objects like baggage carts, pushback trucks, etc., are actually default FS2002 scenery objects; if you go to one of the major airports like Los Angeles or Chicago you will see them there. So those objects were not part of FSE, but FSE allowed you to access them and use them just as you could the FSE objects. Apparently with FS2004 Microsoft made some changes and Lago has not yet figured out how to access the default scenery objects. They also promised that we would be able to add user-created objects, but so far that feature has not materialized. There's been some very unhappy comments on Lago's support forums because of all this.
