How do you copy/create virtual cockpits for aircraft that use the default panel in 2d mode, but when you go to virtual view all you see is the outside?

I wish I had just a nickle for everytime this question was asked... :)
You can't. The virtual cockpit is part of the model itself. It's either modeled, or it's not.

Greetings. Only one instance I've seen where one plane can "borrow" another's virtual cockpit. Namely: the recently released DC9's from Jet City can use the Flight 1 Iron Knuckle's VC (and sounds and panel) if you already have it installed. Highly unusual, though. - Matt D.

Poopy, that stinks.
You can always add 2d views for the sides and rear.
