Simulation Rate

In FS 2002 I was able to change the simulation rate under the clock in most planes. I don't seem to have that feature in FS2004. Is there an easier way to change the simulation rate beside stopping the progam and using the menus?

Hit the r key and then the + key to increase and the - key to decrease the sim rate.
Use the + and - keys to the left of the backspace key.

With the right 3rd party aircraft you still can do this. Remember all 2002 aircraft are not compatible with FS9 even if they say they are.
