    That's nice, thanks for the info.

    I just finished watching "The Wright Stuff" on Discovery too today - boy I never realized just how complicated that piece of history was - compelling TV for once, must have been as it took me away from simming for a while :)

    Yes , i agree, watched it twice. There are and will be much more today to see on the tv. But of all i seen so far ,would you believe a G.E. tv commerical caught the real signifcant spirit of this event. The black and white reenactment was so real, it took off, then the color came back slowly, and the WRIGHT FLYER went to the heavens powered by a huge jet engine. And there it was ,100yrs in 12 sec.
    The effect for me was, go to the airport, and get my self off the ground. The ironic part is if the winds are in excess of 13kts, i wont go, 100yrs ago they did! and the winds were 20mph or so! But what they could not do, we can.That is to "sim"ourselves into the wild blue---------Well not too wild of course.
