IM BACK!!!! New System??

Hey guys, it has prob been a good, well i dont even remember but it has been a long while. I just have had my hands full with other things latelly and now that the christmas season has come i am lookin at getting a new system to get back up and simming again. Just want some advice on which system i should go with.

U'll want 1 gig ram in any setup. Just a suggestion.

I think the consensus that has developed over the last five months is that you should spend your money first on the most powerful processor you can afford, even if it means sticking with your current video card. Some even recommend waiting until the next generation comes out in '04.

I doubled my RAM to 1 gig and did not notice any difference, but it is relatively cheap, all things considered, so what the heck. I have read here that FS will never use the full 512 Megs.

That should be enought to get some debate going.

i agree but it does depend on if the user uses other programs during an fs9 session. Right?

Ok, thanks for the input.. for the money i have to spend i cant go much more than what i got showing. With that said would it be smarter to go with the amd athlon 64 3000+ or the pentium 2.6ghz 800fsb.

OK i think i have settled on the system that i am gonna get. Since i am all done on deciding i will give you all the specs down to the last detail.

I will have to use this video card until i get a job and get a new one because i would rather spend the money on a faster prosseser right now.

Ya ... believe it or not, that Ti4200 is better than the FX5200. The FX5200 is garbage!
