I don't know whether I was just lucky and fell into it relative to installation and setup or not, but am puzzled at the enormous backlash on this item. Is it performing in a satisfactory way for anybody except me?

I purchased the basic $10.00 PSS Airbus A340 package. Obviously, from the number of posts on PSS FS9 upgrades, and in particular the A340 which is for FS9, people are having a multitude of problems.

By far in large, this plane has performed well for me. A couple of problems, but I am not sure but what I am the problem, not PSS. (i.e. Not sure exactly how to disengage the autopilot correctly particularly after FMC control). Sometimes I can disengage, and sometimes I cannot obtain manual control as the autopilot will not let go. Under total manual control without FMC implementation, she flies relatively easy.

The FMC and autopilot work flawlessly for me with the exception of disengagement as stated above. Completed a long flight from Ben Gurion to Kennedy with no problems by FMC entry.

Just installed the patch. I do think it would have been nice if PSS had stated what it was supposed to fix. See no difference in anything so far, but am not sure what I am supposed to see. We shall see if it cures the few problems I have had.
