Can I change my e-mail address in my profile?

How I do that??

I can no longer access the e-mail notifications since I left my job. I was using the office address.

I think you have to email Nels and get him to change it manually...

Send an e-mail to Nels at nels@flightsim.com giving him your user name, old address and the new one. He'll get it changed for you, but please allow a little time.
