scenery question?

can somebody help me with this question, why with fs2004 when i go to the spot view of the aircraft, the aircraft is clear and sharp but the scenery around the aircraft is blurry then it blocks in, to a clearer view, this takes a few seconds. is there a way to fix this, i cant stand this problem. my video card is the ati 9700 a/w with omega drivers, p4 2.6. 1gb ram

Try this, it works:

Set FPS to UNLIMITED!!

That should do the trick. At least, that's what guys at Megascenery claim and it works.
