Here it goes:
I did not uninstall the video card drivers before upgrading my card.
Now every time I try to download new Nvidia drivers there is an error message in the middle of progress.
Does anybody know any possible solution for this one?

Its Windows XP Home
OK,
Is your error message the generic one with 2 options "continue anyway" and "stop the installation" or something else?

Sorry Had To!
Sorry to answer lately
The message you get is NORMAL.
WinXP will tell you the same story everytime you will install an "unknown" new driver (not only for graphic cards).
Just click on "continue" and don't worry about this anymore.
But always uninstall drivers before installing new ones if you want to keep a safe machine.best regards,

If it is these two options, you get them because they are not Windows Certified (WHQL) or Windows Hardware Quality Lab certified. This always happens and is a way for Microsoft to not become responsible for you using these drivers. Most of the time it's alright, but just be careful of things you download off the net that are not certified. I would let others try before trying yourself. But, usually they are harmless.
well actually I got it from the Nvidia site, so I guess its most likely harmless. Thanks for the heads-up anyways.:-)
