Scrolling side views up and down

It was possible to scroll up and down all the cockpit views in FS8.

This function is not possible anymore with FS9. Is there a way to change settings so that left and right views can be scrolled up and down?

I have been trying to find an answer to this as well. The only reason i can think of for Microsoft to take this out is to hide the flaw where you can see the ground even if you are in heavy overcast clouds.
