Default weather fronts with real weather?

I don't think so. The famous FS9 weather fronts might only be formed by creating the weather situation yourself. I'm not saying MS could have done better, you just have to consider how the weather is downloaded to FS. Station by station. I just don't see how a "front" is any more downloadeable than a hurricane or any other system. Don't get me wrong, the weather I've been getting is really nice, but no fronts. You gotta make those happen yourself from what I see. A real bummer for me,since I fly online and download the weather.
I did actually depart Key West once and it seemed like the thunderstorms were to the north only. So the reason I am posting this is I'm hoping someone will prove my theory wrong. Please do! :-)

Yeah Bud, know what you mean. I'm a retired weather dude and always
look forward to weather improvements in the latest FS. Ya gotta admit,
it's astronomically better than what we had back in the 80's. A lot of
room for improvement though and something to look forward to.

The big problem with the downloaded weather is that you are relying on the asos/awos reports. For example. Yesterday I flew back from Burlington. The metar reported few at 4300. Yah got pretty thick for a while. Got on top and skimmed the clouds. When I got within about 50 miles of SCH, the airport at Albany was reporting 2600 overcast. Approach offered to try a visual. I actually broke through at about 4500MSL or about 4000ft. Once I got within 15 miles of my destination the ceilings had dropped in spots to what was reported.

You learn very early in flight training to regard weather reports the same way you do used car salesman.

Have you found out whether or not the latest
    FSMeteo can do this?
