"Printing Nav log & Pilots instructions"

Ive seen this asked before but i dont thing there was a answer. When i try to print the navigation log from flights/navigation log... my screen goes to a black square i can close fs9 from the task bar but nothing more. If i select print nav log from flights/flight planner... fs9 goes to window mode but keeps running and alt+enter brings back full screen. I also noticed problems printing Pilots Instructions but not as often. Im running everything default with no other problems. Any ideas anyone

Today on Pete Dawsons forum at simflight.com i found a suggestion on something he found about the screen going black for other reasons. Adding the line InitDelay=0 to the general section of FSUIPC.ini file. I tried it and so far it solved my printing problems. i only tried printing 5 or 6 times but so far so good and no need to do any thing after hitting print it just returns to screen i started from.

It may be worth a look and a try.
