Driver Help

Just installed Nvidia driver 45.23. Frames rates went down. I went to add/remove program and uninstalled 45.23's. Then I installed old 44.03's. Now the framerates are jumping all over the place. I don't know if I still have some old parts of drivers left on the system or not. I must not have gotten a clean install. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if that would affect the Nvidia drivers for my mobo. I have the Asus A7N8X mobo. It uses Nvidia drivers. I would hate to have it delete them too. If it only removes diplay drivers, I would be okay.

I just noticed something. This is a new computer. My video card and a modem share the same IRQ 19. Could this cause a problem?
