It is a common occurance. If you'll notice, all airports are flat, and since all fs runways are flat, you'll get this to show up from time to time.

I've got the FSGenesis 38.2m mesh. I haven't seen anything as bad as this, but there are several airports on low plateus. As a matter of fact, KSEA sits on a little shelf, rather than in the trench like you have there.
As shwncplnd said, the main problem is that the FS series (so far) doesn't support sloping runways.
Anyone having unsual results with addon mesh not lining up with the default airport altitudes? KBFI (Seattle Boeing Field) I have a problem where it put the airport in a hole. About 75-100ft, depending on what side of the airport you are on.
I am using the free mesh at the moment from

I know I should be using Justins Mesh at FSGenesis, but I am saving up to get a membership, and was just wanting to see how mesh in general changes the enviorment. Hopefully this will not be an issue as much with the payware mesh. It is just not this airport that I have challenges with. But it is the easiest to see. Judging by the pics that I included, it appears that the entire mesh is about 100 ft too high. Looking at the inlet from the bay, there are not huge cliffs on either side in real life. So....ideas???
