Default Approach / Runway Lights during Day Time

Can FS2004 display Approach / Runway Lights in the Day Time?
Real airports have the approach / runway lights on all the time, day and night. Day time flying in FS2004 would be far more realistic if this were possibele.

Please help... Or is this one for Microsoft?

Normally the approach lights are not turned on unless the visibility drops below VFR or it is sunset.

When the field goes IFR in the daytime, the lights come on in FS9, much as they would in real life. Most real life airports do not have the runway and approach lights on on the daytime unless it is IFR, or there is a specific pilot request for them.
