Well, There is always Burke Lakefront in Cleveland, Oh. Right downtown, located on the shores of Lake Erie, it is the site of the annual Air Show and the Annual "Roar by the shore" CART race. Cleveland would never remove burke because those two events pull in hundreds of thousands of people every year. A city park wouldn't do that!
