ATI Radeon 9700

Did a search for updating drivers, however having a bit of trouble finding the most current Radeon driver. ATI support is minimal at best with just electronically emailed answers. My question if anyone knows is what is the current ATI 9700 Radeon driver. I have currently driver date of 9/24/2002 with a driver version of 6.13.10.6193. The full name of the card is 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 TX w/ TV-out. Hope someone can lend a hand. Also is the control panel required?
Thanks in advance, the flickering is really annoying me.

Go to www.rage3d.com forum section and look for the driver discussion. I think Omega just released a new beta driver release specifically targeting the TX cards. Anyway, check out the discussion. You can also check the omega site forums. www.driverheaven.net ; then to omega corner and ATI. There's a lot of good discussion on their forums.

this will give you the latest drivers.
select your OS, select 'Graphic Driver', select your card (RADEON), get both display driver and control panel (which alows you to change settings such as AA, AF etc.).
Current version is Catalyst 3.6
These drivers will not cure the flickering (menus and load screen) yet though.
