I searched MS and this board and haven't really found any meaningful delta information between 9.0a and 9.0b. What does 9.0b have over 9.0a?

I presently have 9.0a which came with the product and am trying to assess risk/trade-off of upgrading to 9.0b?

Anybody have knowledge in this area?
