I dont know if this question has been aked. I've heard about the weather themes, but is the weather random in the sense that when you start the sim a certain weather pattern appears, say a nice open day, and when you start it another time the weather is different, say an overcast?

If not, wouldn't this be a nice idea?

I believe you are correct - the weather dynamically develops and changes over time - just like real life!
