Thanks for providing the wonder screen pics for FS 2004 and to everyone else that have as well. You all are providing great information to all of us who are itching to get the new sim. It's much appreciated.

I am not requesting a pic of my area because it's just too small of an airport and town to be too excited about, but here is just a verbal question...........

Are there any smoke effects in the scenery like what some others have created for some areas in FS 2002?

This is my first time to visit this new wing of the forum. After the first day of the new release, I am sure this branch of the forum is going to explode in message posts for sure.

Wow! Downtown is much improved over previous versions, but I'm noitcing a problem already and wondered if anyone else caught it.

Where in the heck is the Reniassance Center in the default downtown scenery? I would think it would be a bit hard to miss, lol. Hopefully this is just a beta issue and it was added in before it went gold.

But at least they removed all of the old Davey terminal concourses from the default scenery so that it looks somewhat realistic. It was one of those details that would have been easy for MS to just skip over.

uh oh i just realized that Reniassance Center is missing at least from the screenshots :( I hope they fixed it!!! or they'll be getting a nice little letter from me explaining how stupid of a mistake it was to miss the Reniassance Center!

Love the new water, surreal. Also, glad to be 100% sure the Archer will work with FS2004 - love that little guy.

If you look carefully, you can see where the Renaissance Center should be (those 4 low, look-a-like towers by the riverfront), but the tall center tower isn't there.

Overall, the downtown area is greatly improved over FS2k2. If only they could fix the Renaissance Center issue, it would be even better.
