atc and airports q's

I have three questions for FS:ACOF

1) will the atc give speed reductions?

2)Will there be holding areas at airports?

3) will there be holding patterns above airports?

I didn't here about any of these, and it would be more realistic if they were there.

3. Yes, but only after a missed approach
