No Minipanel

Hi,

I don't have any minipanel appearing when I hit the W key. Earlier it used to be Full Panel ---> W ---> Minipanel ---> W ---> No panel, but now it just, um, skips the minipanel stage...

I looked at the panel.cfg in the FS2002 > AIRCRAFT > DEFAULT > PANEL folder, and everything looks fine, to my untrained eyes. :-)

Any ideas?

This, incidentally, happens in all aircraft, default or otherwise.

Hi Aman,

Make sure the Mini Panel Gauges, are in your Main Gauge Folder....


gauge00=MiniPanel!Airspeed,
gauge01=MiniPanel!Turn Coordinator,
gauge02=MiniPanel!Attitude,
gauge03=MiniPanel!Heading Indicator,
gauge04=MiniPanel!Altimeter,
gauge05=MiniPanel!Vertical Speed,

:-lol Well what do you know -- all missing! I do have a "MINICONTROLS.gau", though, lemme try that.

Any idea how I can get hold of the minipanel.etc gauges?

You Do have a "MINICONTROLS.gau", .....Where?....Gauge cleaner folder?

Also you should have a "minipanel cab" (zipped) file in your gauge folder.

With the above 2 files (gau., cab) it should work.

Both the MINCONTROLS.GAU and the MINIPANEL.CAB files are in the main GAUGES folder ... the former seems to be a relic of FS2000?

So both are there, but no minipanel...
