Cacheman 3.80 settings

I need please some advice on Cacheman 3.80 settings for FS2002(minimal/maximal disk cache,chunk size and others if it applies)based on what has been found in practice to work best on such flight simulator,perhaps based on a framerate-best picture compromise position.My system is Pentium III-500,Windows98,Nvidia GeForce4 MX-440 AGP8X,FS2002 screen resolution 1024x768,all settings normally to maximum.

There are some pre sets included , i tend to use the GAME preset .
