Thread: Altiports - Courcheval

  1. Default Altiports - Courcheval

    Hello all:
I had FS2002 running in Windows ME with the French Altiports scenery (Courcheval, Megeve, Alpe d'Huez, etc.) installed and functioning.
I just 'upgraded' to Windows XP Pro and reinstalled everything from scratch, including the sceneries. All my addon scenery works except the Altiports. They show up in Library, are in the scenery.cfg file; but do not show up in 'go to' or the map, and are not 'there' when I overfly their areas. I unzipped the downloaded files and set up 'Altiports' with subfolders 'scenery' and 'texture' in the 'Addon Scenery' folder and then added the scenery in the Library dropdown: it's possible I didn't install them correctly (I seem to remember some quirks during the Win ME install way back when). Anyone had this problem? Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Bill

Unfortunately that doesn't help. I already have the downloaded files: I was hoping someone had a similar problem after installing the scenery (maybe XP specific?).
