Why would pushback suddenly cease to function?

Hi :)

I'm baffled by this .... I reinstalled FS2002 a week ago, and I tested it without any addons - pushback worked fine! Now, after many scenery, plane, and gauge additions the pushback no longer works!!!!!! :-hmmm :-hmmm I've removed all pushback gauges, and it still doesn't work :-hmm Please help! :)

(PS: In all tests, I have used the default 747-400)

Anyway, MD83, could it be that one of the affor mentioned pushback gauges have alterd something in one of the cfg files and when you removed the gauge the cfg file remained the same thus the pushback wont work now without the pushback gauge?

Hm,something you download change the assignment for pushback? The default is Shift-P. Take a look in assignments and see what keyboard command is assigned.

Strange.

Suddenly, my 1 and 2 keys don't work. The Shift P works fine but my aircraft won't turn.

Just one of the many and varied things going wrong with my sim lately. I believe that we probably install too many addons and inevitably there will be conflict.

The price we pay, I suppose.
