When I shut down the engines, on restart both start but only one engine responds to my throttle input making taxi and take off almost impossible.
Any way to fix this??

My "bad" memory says it's E 1 2 keys. At least give it a try.
I'm pretty sure those are the keys.

On some planes (notably the PSS Airbus) the E 1,2 commands don't seem to work. My workaround is to set a "multiple throttle synchronization" hotkey in FSUIPC (just go to the Hotkeys section). Pick a key you wouldn't normally use (I use Del), then everytime your throttles go out of sync like that, just hit Del and you're rarin' to go.
Hope this helps.

Try reconfiguring the throttle axis in FSUIPC. I had the same problem as you and that worked (I think :-) )

For jets it's 'J'+ 1,2 (3,4) (1 and 2 (plus 3 and 4?) pressed in quick succession after pressing 'J'). Not documented anywhere-picked it up somwhere (?) Then just 'Ctrl+E' to start them up. On non-jet it's the ole 'E'+1,2 (3,4 if 4 engined).
You only have to do 'E+1, etc' if you purposely selected only one of the engines before. Otherwise just hit 'Ctrl+E' and the engines should restart, in order, automatically.
Hope this helps.
