From what I understand, it won't show up on any panel because its not a gauge. Its a module. But then again, ask an expert.
You have to open it from the modules tab.

Insert droll or witty comment here.
I thought I'd seen it all.
David: what Garmin are you talking about? There is the FSGarmin530 which is a free download and the XP Reality (?) payware. Both are excellent but require some study and each has pro's and con's.

Do a search in the librarys using Gerd Nehr. Its a Garmin 530 but not the full blown roads/rivers version like the XP version--basically its just a fancier version of the default GPS. I think the same one was in the original FSD Commander.

[Window02]
Background_color=2,2,2
size_mm=450,324
window_size_ratio=1.000
position=2
visible=0
ident=gps_panel
window_size= 0.430, 0.430
window_pos= 0.510, 0.390
gauge00=RealityXP_FL530XP!GNS530, 0,0,450,324
do you use a panel editor? if you attach the gauge via the editor it will read like this=RealityXP_FL530XP,
you then need to add this to it..!GNS530, copy and paste over
the comma..and it will read like this ..
RealityXP_FL530XP!GNS530, plus of course the position and size numbers...
