Videos in FS2002

Does anybody know how to make a video in mpeg format, just like the ones that came out from FS2004? I've tried different types of software (windows environment recorders) but the results weren't that good. The frame rates were very slow and the colors didn't match...

The video capture software I have tried has not worked very well.

Most take the S-Video output of the video card and drive it into a VCR for recording. Then playback the VCR into a video capture card.

I capture the videos differently. I take the VGA output from the video card and drive that into a video scanner box. That converts it to S-Video and drives a video capture card on a 2nd computer. It seems to work pretty well.
