Panel Problems

Hi everyone,
i recently downloaded that awesome bill grabowski panel for bizjets, erj's, etc. However, on every aircraft that i put it on, the elevators become unable to remain fully up or down. Everytime (using a plane witht the panel) I pull my joystick back, the elevator will return right back to it's neutral position.

Has this ever happened to anyone?
