Yes, I use it with XP.

I have Windows XP and both Enditall 1 and Enditall 2 work just fine. I also have a Windows 98 system. Believe it or not, I'm getting better results with Enditall 1 on my XP system, and better results with Enditall 2 on my Windows 98 system.

In any case, both do work for me.
