There is another thread going on about using ILS with autopilot,
I was wondering how you setup to land using autopilot?

Just set the appr switch on autopilot.
First, the autopilot will not land the arcraft for you. It will follow the ILS and Glideslope down but you will have to disconnect it before you reach the threshold.
1) On approach to the airport, set Nav 1 with the ILS frequency of the active runway.
2) Put the active runway heading into the crs/obs section of the autopilot.
3) Approach the ILS at a shallow angle, if it is too acute you will never capture, also make sure you are at around 2500 - 3000ft. Always capture the glideslope from below.
4) Press the APR button on the autopilot and sit back and let the aircraft take over.
5) As you are over the inner marker disconnect the AP and take her in yourself.
This is just a quick/basic overview. You will still have to control speed, flaps, gear, spoilers etc.

The 3 rules of life:
1) If at first you don't succeed, remove all traces of ever having tried in the first place.
2) Never do something today that will be someone elses responsibility tomorrow.
3) Accept that somedays you are the pigeon and on others you are the statue.
