You can use a small program to set taxi speed of other aircraft to whatever you desire. Most default taxi speeds are set at 15 kts. I generally use 25 kts, that way, any aircraft that is still on the runway will generally be on the taxi-way by the time I'm ready to touch-down. I will look for that program. Ooops! I was not clear enough. I mean to taxi your own aircraft not the AI.
I've found determining your taxi speed in MSFS to be far harder than in real life. Also, realize the amount of throttle it takes is going to vary from aircraft to aircraft. However, for most of the single engine GA aircraft, I use around 1400 RPM. In real life, you don't want to taxi faster than a brisk walk. However, I find that I taxi a bit faster than that in FS. I don't think there is a hard-and-fast rule for FS GA planes on how to get them to taxi at a specific speed because all models are a little different. Also, the friction coeficient that MS used for the ground is too high. When I'm taxiing in a real plane after initial rev up to get going, I bring the engine back to idle (700-100RPM) for everything except tight turns. Anything higher and I'm riding the brakes.

DELTA07, thanks for your comments as well. I downloaded the taxispeed program just for fun and increased the speed of the AI.
The ground friction in FS2002 is overdone and too high making it very difficult to keep a constant taxi speed.
I got around this after downloading the great 727 panel Rp727pn3.zip by Richard Probst. He has a gauge in there that he cleverly made that when activated will make set the throttles to taxi at a constant speed, much the same speed as AI aircraft which is suitable for just about any GA plane.
Using cfgedit you can add this to other panels, just push the button while taxing and then disengage it when stopping. It is very easy. Im sure Richard has no problem with anyone using his clever gauge on other panels provided they are for your own use and not distributed.
