Thread: Open window in my Cessnas

  1. #1

Default Open window in my Cessnas

When flying the default Cessna 172 or either of the 182s, the sound in the cockpit is horrible. It sounds like there is a window open somewhere. The "whistling" sound of the wind is louder than the engine sounds even at full throttle. Anyone know how I might tone it down or eliminate it. Can I remove one of the ".wav" files? I realize that there is SOME wind sound present in real life but unless there is an open window or a crack in the windshield it is not the dominant sound.
All helpful comments (and snide remarks) welcomed.

Try turning down the Enviroment slider in the sounds section.
