Can I edit jet idle?

I've looked thru the airfile(an f-16) using fde and I don't see where I can lower the idle. I don't want to resort to raising the drag factor.The problem is it idles too high,period.Any suggestions please?

It's been a long time since I did that, but I think it was changing the low end of one of the tables related to N1.
